Desborough Heritage Centre

The centre reveals 2000 years of heritage, starting with the famous Iron Age Desborough Mirror (100 BC), Romans in the Ise Valley, and the Anglo-Saxon Desborough Necklace (c.670 AD).

 

See how rich they are in 19th and 20th century industries (silk, shoes, corsetry) together with all the developing town’s domestic and social history.

  • Guided tours and groups by arrangement

Opening times

Monday to Saturday, 10am- 12.30pm and 2pm-4pm. Closed on Wednesdays during the winter and on Bank Holidays.
