Step into the Forest of Secrets at Kelmarsh Hall this autumn and winter
A magical new after-dark experience is set to transform Kelmarsh Hall this autumn and winter, inviting visitors to explore an enchanted woodland where light, sound and storytelling combine to create an unforgettable evening adventure.
Running from 31 October 2026 until 2 January 2027, Forest of Secrets is a brand-new immersive trail through the historic grounds of Kelmarsh Hall. As darkness falls, visitors will follow a lantern-lit route into an ancient forest, discovering spectacular light installations, atmospheric soundscapes, interactive moments and theatrical encounters as they uncover the mysteries hidden within the woodland.
Designed to appeal to families, friends and visitors of all ages, the experience lasts approximately 45 minutes, offering a unique opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Kelmarsh Hall in a completely new way during the festive season.
Entry times are available from 4pm to 9pm, allowing guests to experience the trail as daylight fades into darkness. Parking and booking fees are included in the ticket price, helping to make for a relaxed and enjoyable visit from start to finish.
The organisers have designed the route to be as accessible as possible for wheelchair and pushchair users. As the trail passes through natural woodland, visitors should be aware that some sections include uneven ground and gravel paths.
No winter evening would be complete without festive refreshments, and visitors will be able to enjoy a selection of hot food, seasonal drinks and sweet treats during their visit.
To celebrate the launch of Forest of Secrets, an Early Bird offer is available until 31 August 2026. Visitors can receive 10% off tickets by entering the promotional code Secret10 when booking online. Standard ticket prices will apply after this date.
Whether you're looking for a magical family outing, an evening with friends or a festive experience in one of Northamptonshire's finest historic settings, Forest of Secrets promises an enchanting journey through the woodland this autumn and winter.
