Rushden and District History Society

The Society aims to encourage and facilitate the study and preservation of local history. They hold monthly meetings and visits to places of historical interest. Producing a quarterly magazine, The Risdene Echo, they also place blue plaques on buildings of interest in the town. The Society supports the Rushden Research Group and their website, Hearts and Soles on the history of the town and district.
