Deanshanger Village Heritage Society

Formed in 1999, the society was prompted by the closure of the Oxide Works (1935-1999) formerly E&H Roberts Ironworks (1821-1927) bringing to an end Deanshanger’s industrial heritage. It has an Executive Committee that meets monthly to plan events and activities, and their archive team meets regularly.
